The office is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. 9:00 am to 1:00pm Saturday. DUI classes are as follows:

What is an ignigtion interlock?
An ignition interlock is a breathalyzer installed in your car that will not allow it to start if the user has alcohol in their system.
What is the 10 or 24 hour ADSAC Class?
Alcohol Drug Substance Abuse Course. These are educational courses with a minimum of 10 or 24 hours.

Do you do assessments for Probation?
Yes, the fee is $75.00
How do I get my license back?
You must wait the revocation period (usually 6 months) and either mail or take your assessment certificate (with the red stamp and embossed seal) to the Deparment of Public Safety. Note: Revocation period may increase due to number of Alcohol/Drug Arrest. The address for OK DPS is as follows:

How long does it take to do any assessment?
Assessments usually take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
How much are assessments?
For arrest prior to November 1, 2008 the rate of an assessment is $175.00, for arrest after November 1, 2008 the rate is $160.00. All fees are mandatory by the State Department of Public Safety.
I didn't lose my license, but still have court- what do I need?
You will need a substance abuse evaluation for court. The fee is $75.00.
Are ADSAC classes the same as DUI classes?
Yes. They are called Alcohol/Drug Substance Abuse Classes.
